Partial Hospitalization Program

Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) offers a structured and intensive option for individuals who are seeking support for mental health challenges while still maintaining a degree of independence. Designed for those who require more than traditional outpatient care but do not need 24-hour supervision, this program provides a comprehensive approach to healing.

This program is tailored for adolescents, adults, and senior adults. Spanning the course of two weeks, the program takes place five days a week for five hours each day, providing a structured yet flexible option for care. Patients in this program often seek treatment for a range of behavioral health concerns, including:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Bipolar disorder
  • Schizophrenia
  • Schizoaffective disorder
  • PTSD

Our PHP is crafted with the patient’s needs at its core. Our primary goal is to empower individuals to regain control of their lives while still having the opportunity to live at home. To support this, we offer a variety of services, including:

  • Medication management services
  • Group therapy sessions
  • Experiential therapies (e.g., art therapy)

Our PHP is a vital resource for individuals who are looking for a balance of intensive support and personal autonomy. By providing a structured yet flexible environment, we empower patients to address the mental health concerns they’re facing while developing essential skills for everyday life.

Intensive Outpatient Program

Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) offers a flexible and supportive treatment option for adolescents, adults, and senior adults who are in need of behavioral healthcare but must be able to attend to daily responsibilities outside of the hospital setting.

We offer a total of four IOP groups, two that specifically focus on caring for individuals who are struggling with substance abuse and two that are dedicated to helping people who are suffering from mental health disorders. Typically lasting six weeks, our IOP meets for three hours a day, three days a week, providing structured support while allowing patients to maintain their daily routines. We address a wide range of behavioral health concerns in our IOP, including:

  • Schizoaffective disorder
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Bipolar disorder
  • PTSD

  • Substance use disorders

The primary focus of our IOP is on fostering therapeutic connections through group therapy sessions. These sessions create a supportive environment where patients can share their experiences, learn from one another, and develop essential coping strategies.
