West Pines Behavioral Hospital hosts ribbon-cutting ceremony
West Pines Behavioral Hospital, a new inpatient behavioral health treatment center located at 11455 Huron Street in Westminster, hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2024.
This event celebrated the upcoming opening of the 144-bed, state-of-the-art hospital on December 16 and highlighted the comprehensive services that will be available for residents of Westminster and the surrounding communities.
“We’re honored to have the opportunity to bring patient-centered, evidence-based behavioral health treatment to Westminster,” said West Pines Behavioral Hospital CEO Scott Adams. “As we face an ever-growing need for psychiatric services, we want to help those in our community have access to the care they need at the moment they need it.”
West Pines Behavioral Hospital will offer inpatient and residential treatment, as well as partial hospitalization programming (PHP) and intensive outpatient programming (IOP), for adults and senior adults age 18 and older who are struggling with mental health and addiction concerns. It will also provide specialized inpatient services for adolescents ages 13-17.
